I want some help...please,

السلام عليكم,,,,,,
I have a very big problem.I'm working in a very big company.I'm the secretary of the manager of it.I hate him so much because he is unhonest. I always give him ideas and advises to make the company better and more famous but he doesn't listen to me
he always saysthst's wrong.I don't think so.I don't need your advises ,and so and so.....) . I don't know wye does he keep me his secretary. really I want to leave this job.as you know I get a very good sallary and it is not easy to find an interesting and wellpaid job nowadays.what should I do??!!!???!!!?? please help me

well i think that you jave no choice but leaving this compant as you don't like the way that ur manager treat with ur ideas



my adivce is: try to search for anew jop now mean while try to ignor you manager


and don't give him any more ideas as u say he ignor them all
