I want some help...please,

السلام عليكم,,,,,,
I have a very big problem.I'm working in a very big company.I'm the secretary of the manager of it.I hate him so much because he is unhonest. I always give him ideas and advises to make the company better and more famous but he doesn't listen to me
he always says:(thst's wrong.I don't think so.I don't need your advises ,and so and so.....) . I don't know wye does he keep me his secretary. really I want to leave this job.as you know I get a very good sallary and it is not easy to find an interesting and wellpaid job nowadays.what should I do??!!!???!!!?? please help me

well i think that you jave no choice but leaving this compant as you don't like the way that ur manager treat with ur ideas



my adivce is: try to search for anew jop now mean while try to ignor you manager


and don't give him any more ideas as u say he ignor them all
