Two IPs !!

I dont know what is meant by having two different IPs separated by a | ??
for example,
192.168.1.77|169.254.33.31
I can see behaviour for many users in the LAN but not all of them ?
Does that have any meaning, are these users using a specific software that makes them appear with two different IPs ??

any way i cant help in that i know alot in networks but i dont know what's this ??
what's the name of the used programe that get u that result ??
and if you wanna c all boxes i advice u to use a programe to do such as
WinArpSpoofer
it's wonderfull in that
it get u all ipz on da lan even if they had hidden themselfes with any programs or any other way

mmm sorry forget to tell u something
that any one can make 2 ipz or more for his pc
use this way to add ipz
open My Network places from your desktop
>> then from the left get View my network connections
>> then right click on your lan connection and choose properties
>> then get Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) properties
>> then get advanced and add any ipz u want but dont delete the original one that ur network use
